Danna is an accomplished nurse leader and healthcare consultant with over 20 years of experience spanning acute care, case management, and post-acute services. As the Managing Partner of Truecare Compliance Consulting, she leads organizations through complex regulatory landscapes while helping them improve quality, compliance, and operational performance.

Her expertise includes home health and hospice compliance, clinical documentation and coding improvement, survey readiness (CHAP, JCAHO, CMS), and workflow alignment for quality assurance and billing accuracy. She brings a deep understanding of OASIS-E, HHVBP, and Conditions of Participation — along with practical insight into how agencies can adapt to evolving federal and state requirements.

Danna’s leadership style is collaborative and results-driven. She partners closely with clinical teams, administrators, and back-office staff to deliver customized strategies that are both compliant and sustainable. She is particularly passionate about empowering home-based care providers with the tools and structure they need to succeed — whether they are startup agencies or established organizations preparing for survey.

In addition to her consulting work, Danna is completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a focus on healthcare policy and systems leadership. She also brings firsthand experience as a case management director, startup advisor, and healthcare entrepreneur — giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s post-acute landscape.

Accomplished Registered Nurse and Healthcare Consultant with 22 years of diverse experience delivering high-quality patient care and optimizing healthcare operations. With expertise spanning 13 years in critical care, 7 years in clinical documentation, revenue cycle, and quality assurance, 3 years in home health, 4 years in case management, and 7 years in clinical education, drive measurable improvements in clinical outcomes and compliance. A graduate of Samuel Merritt University, currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in leadership and healthcare quality.

As a consultant, specialize in ensuring CMS Conditions of Participation (CoP) compliance and enhancing Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP) performance through data-driven Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs.  Excel in designing and delivering education and training programs to elevate staff competency in OASIS-E standards and patient care best practices.

 Beverly Quiza, MSN, RN, NEA-BC

Compliance Specialist

Over 16 years of progressive nursing experience spanning medical-surgical, critical care, emergency, oncology, home health, and leadership roles. Built a strong clinical foundation as a Medical-Surgical RN before advancing into ICU, Emergency, and Oncology nursing, with additional experience in Home Health as both RN and Director of Nursing.

Leadership roles include Director of Nursing, Clinical Supervisor, House Supervisor, and Nurse Manager with oversight of home health and hospital operations, multidisciplinary teams, and quality improvement initiatives. Experience also includes travel nursing in Neuro-ICU and per diem assignments, demonstrating adaptability across diverse care settings.

Holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Leadership with a specialization in Education, with board certification in Oncology Nursing and Nurse Executive Advanced. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Management and Leadership with a focus on organizational leadership, evidence-based practice, and healthcare innovation.
